I was desperate to find Baramundi fillets and got told to try Fish Depot. This quaint shop has a nice selection of fresh and frozen seafood. They even have spices and snacks to compliment your purchase. I ended up finding seafood I forgot how much I missed. Cooked the food up, and as I had hoped, was fresh and delicious. Needless to say, I will be back for the Baramundi and whatever else I find.
I just discovered this place and so glad it is close by! They have live lobsters which they will steam for you, and a variety of great frozen dim sum, as well as MANY kinds of fish!

I'm a State Executive Committee member and I get to visit multiple places. This place is fantastic and I find myself going frequently now. It's amazing how fast they can turn your food order out. And the staff is amazingly friendly.
We found this place about 4yrs ago. When we decide we want mahi for dinner I call the depot up the day before and order a couple lbs. While I'm picking up my mahi I also get couple packages of Key West pink shrimps to use in a fish boil. They're frozen, about 35 per package & cost just 10.95 per bag. They are delish! Lady who works at Depot knows her fish & I pick her brain! I also buy fresh whole snapper here & cook it in parchment paper. Its sooo good! Love the Depot-good prices, good fish, great people.
This is my go-to place for fresh fish. I live 30 minutes away and have closer options but Charlotte Fish Depot is worth the extra drive for me. Great selection and always friendly service! They will even give you some ice to make sure it gets home cold!
